Ingredients
- 800 grams of cod?
- Flour, oil if needed
- 500 grams of San Marzano tomatoes
- 5 salted anchovy fillets
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- Chili pepper, parsley, black olives, salt and pepper
Procedure
- Clean the cod by removing the skin
- Cut the cod into slices, flour the slices and sear them in a pan with oil
- Coarsely chop the anchovy fillets, garlic and black olives, chilli pepper and parsley.
- Place the cod slices inside the ROYAL PACK iVACUUM embossed vacuum bags together with the other ingredients.
- Bake in the oven at a maximum of 110°C for approximately 15/20 minutes
- Serve hot on its own or accompanied by wholemeal bread croutons or fried polenta sticks.
