Procedure

  1. Clean the cod by removing the skin
  2. Cut the cod into slices, flour the slices and sear them in a pan with oil
  3. Coarsely chop the anchovy fillets, garlic and black olives, chilli pepper and parsley.
  4. Place the cod slices inside the ROYAL PACK iVACUUM embossed vacuum bags together with the other ingredients.
  5. Bake in the oven at a maximum of 110°C for approximately 15/20 minutes
  6. Serve hot on its own or accompanied by wholemeal bread croutons or fried polenta sticks.
